Margo is one of the most experienced trainers of thinking, speaking and debating skills in Estonia. Since 1998, he has moderated discussions at seminars and conferences, and trained adults on persuasion, discussion and decision-making skills that are based on argumentation.

Margo has trained company executives, auditors, salesmen, communication professionals, internal coaches, radio presenters, university academics and teachers, state employees as well as non-governmental organizations and social enterprises.
He has extensive experience in cooperating with private sector executives and teams. 

He has helped to draft and map out sales messages, to communicate with argumentation, to moderate meetings, and with written communication and public speaking skills.

From 2015-2016, Margo worked with Sten Andreas Ehrlich on a 2-year English language development program for the presidency team of the Tax and Customs Board. Margo's extensive leadership experience in project and people management enables him to complement the course with solutions to practical and everyday questions. In addition to training, Margo is head of SpeakSmart's development program and is the CEO of the IT-enterprise CitizenOS. He also has leadership experience from working in social enterprises and the private sector. Margo has worked as a lawyer and was head of portfolio management at Good Deed Foundation (Heateo Sihtasutus) for 6 years, where he initiated many social enterprises like Noored Kooli and Uuskasutuskeskus. He was head of the Estonian Debating Society for 4 years during which he grew the non-governmental organization into one of the largest NGOs in Estonia. He was also head of the council of the Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organizations for 3 years. 

Margo has counseled the initiative and development of various debating programs (Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal) and has worked as a trainer abroad (lectures at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, training sessions in Istanbul and many others). Since 1994, he has been working in public speaking, elocution and debating. 

Experience in teaching debating: Margo has worked as a debating coach, trainer and teacher at Tallinn 21st School, Estonian Business School Gymnasium, CER GYMNASIUM, Rocca al Mare School (10 years) and Tallinn University.

Achievements in debating: In 1996, Margo won the world championship in the individual score of the K.Popper Debate format, he is a founding member of MTÜ Eesti Väitlusselts (1998), as well as been its president (1999-2000) and member of council (2002-2005). He is the main organiser and judge of the Estonian Debating Championship (1998-2004) and the main judge at the Estonian National Speech Contest.
